Background: Older adults with bipolar disorder (OABD) are individuals aged 50 years and older (BD). People BD may have fewer coping strategies or resilience. A long course of the disease, such as in OABD, could impact development resilience strategies, but this remains under-researched OABD. Therefore, study aims to assess levels within OABD explore associated factors, hypothesizing that improve psychosocial functioning, wellbeing quality life patients. Methods: This sampled 33 patients from cohort at Bipolar Depressive Disorders Unit Hospital Clinic Barcelona. was an observational, descriptive cross-sectional study.
