A two-factor account has been proposed as an explanatory model for the formation and maintenance of delusions. The first factor refers to a neurocognitive process leading significant change in subjective experience; second regarded failure hypothesis evaluation characterized impairment metacognitive ability. This study was focused on assessment metacognition patients with schizophrenia. aims were measure overconfidence judgments through prediction word list recall; analyze correlation between basic neurocognition: memory executive function metamemory test severity psychotic symptoms. Method: 51 participants diagnosis Schizophrenia evaluated. PANNS used assess psychiatric symptoms subtest Metamemory included BANFE Battery evaluate underestimations errors, intrusion perseverative response, total volume recall.
