The study investigates the relationship between supplier communication and performance of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nairobi City County, Kenya. Supplier was found to play a pivotal role operational efficiency overall MSMEs, especially dynamic markets. Despite adopting Relationship Management (SRM) practices, many MSMEs continued experience challenges such as poor record management, unclear expectations, lack timely feedback. These issues contributed delays, misunderstandings, increased costs, which negatively impacted business growth. applied Communication Accommodation Theory explain how adapted their styles both high-context low-context cultures. Using cross-sectional research design, collected data from 373 under Access Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) program. results revealed significant positive performance, with regression analysis showing that explained 58.7% variance MSME performance. findings aligned previous studies, emphasizing importance for successful collaboration supply chain management. concluded frequent, transparent suppliers improved product service delivery efficiency.
