As a prevalent and deadly malignant tumor, the treatment outcomes for late-stage patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) are often suboptimal. Previous studies have shown that tumor progression is closely related metabolism microenvironment reshaping, disruptions in energy playing critical role this process. To delve deeper into understanding of CSCC development, our research focused on analyzing metabolic characteristics across different regions tissue.

The overall survival rate for metastatic osteosarcoma hovers around 20%. Responses to second-line chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapies have demonstrated limited efficacy in osteosarcoma. Our objective is validate differentially expressed genes signaling pathways between non-metastatic osteosarcoma, employing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) additional functional investigations. We aim enhance comprehension of mechanisms potentially unveil a therapeutic target.
