Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, aromantic, and other sexual and/or gender minority (LGBTQIA+) communities are underrepresented in health research subject to documented disparities. Purpose: This study examined the differences by sexual orientation in patient-centered care outcomes (including health experiences and health-related screening) of veterans utilizing Veterans Health Administration (VHA) primary care. Methods: VHA's adapted version Consumer Assessment Healthcare Providers Systems was used to compare experience services among minority (SM) heterosexual veterans. measures were dichotomized "always" versus "less" stratified SM status.
