More than 75% of waste is toxic to the environment and humans. The aim study was invistigate effect ecotoxicants on rudiments teeth laboratory animals. experiment carried out 30 white outbred rats weighing 180–250. All animals were divided into 2 groups: control (Group 1) experimental 2). During experiment, all groups subjected inhalation exposure gasoline formaldehyde vapors. Animals group supplied with normal air around clock. jaws decalcified for days in a 10% formic acid solution buffered formalin solution. After dehydration material battery alcohols increasing concentration (ethanol - from 70% 100% absolute) poured paraffin according generally accepted method. Using rotary microtome brand LEICA RM 2145 (LEICA, Germany), histological sections 5–8 µm thick made. stained hematoxylin eosin picrofuchsin Van Gieson Stained examined photographed using an AXIO IMAGER-Z1 light microscope (CARL ZEISS, Germany). In rats, morphological picture tooth histogenesis observed at late stage development. structure germs rat pups 2nd group, violation processes most change periodontal tissues found. epithelium gingival mucosa, signs dystrophic changes determined, up cell destruction; connective tissue plate periodontium zone formation alveolar bone, inflammatory phenomena determined form infiltrations circulatory disorders expansion lumens blood filling vessels. area germs, destructive odontoblasts enameloblasts manifested, which probably one reasons disruption dentinogenesis enamel formation, expressed heterogeneity dentin layers.
