Objective: To determine prevalence of online fatigue among academicians and to analyse factors associated with fatigue. Study Design: Analytical, cross-sectional study. Place During Study: The study was conducted from Nov 2021 Apr 2022 on belonging educational institutions teaching hospitals Rawalpindi Pakistan. Methodology: One hundred fifty academicians, aged 20-75 years, were enrolled through snowball sampling. Data collected by using google forms. A validated questionnaire having an scale used. Partial responses excluded. Qualitative variables expressed as frequency percentage while quantitative mean S.D. Chi-square test applied. Results: Out 150 academics, 72(48%) males 78(52%) females. Mean age participants 32±9.4 years. Amongst the 27(18%), 67(44.7%), 50(33.3%) 6(4%) suffered mild, moderate, severe extreme respectively. degree found be significantly female gender (p=0.000), older (p=0.005) higher level education (p=0.002). Association such workplace(p=0.054), residence (p=0.129) amount technology usage (p=0.995) statistically insignificant. Conclusions: Our showed that prevalent academic community Rawalpindi, especially Online can reduced training about work-life balance updating their knowledge practical technology.

Dünya Sağlık Örgütü’nün Koronavirüs (Covid 19)’ü pandemi ilan etmesi ile birlikte sosyal temasın yoğun olduğu okul, hastane, işletme gibi yerlerin kapatılması yönünde alınan önlemler online eğitim ve video konferanslar işbirlikçi araçların kullanımı zorunlu olmuştur. Çevrimiçi toplantıların görüntülü aramaların sıklığı uzunluğu tükenmişliği içeren insan ruhuna yansıyan “Zoom Yorgunluğu” adında yeni bir fenomeni ortaya çıkarmıştır. Çalışma zoom yorgunluğunun yaşam doyumu üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla veriler, anket yöntemi kullanılarak Ermenek İlçesi’nde görev yapan öğretmenlerden elde edilmiştir. toplam 444 öğretmen yapmaktadır. Online uygulanan anketten 86’sı doldurulmuş da değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada dikkate alınmadığında daha büyük boyutlara ulaşarak düşük etkilere yol açan yorgunluğu ilişkisi korelasyon regresyon analizleriyle test Sonuçlara göre üzerinde negatif etkiye sahip sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
