The development of a web-based chatbot service for Puskesmas presents potential solution to improve the accessibility and efficiency healthcare services. This research uses Flowise AI, platform that leverages machine learning technology support dynamic information processing provide accurate relevant responses users. AI is integrated with Langchain Retriever further enhance processing, ensuring Using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, follows fast-paced cycle, enabling early prototyping continuous user feedback. tested using Black Box Testing verify functionality System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluate usability. test results show able patient queries, especially on health topics, an SUS score 75, which falls within "good" category. reflects easy use acceptable allows more accurate, relevant, contextual inquiries, while dynamically accessing from various sources, thereby improving effectiveness
