This study examined the technological literacy competencies of prospective teachers, comparing public and private educational institutions in a district Punjab, Pakistan. The research employed quantitative methodology using survey design. Data was collected self-developed questionnaire focusing on three dimensions: knowledge, usage & awareness. Instrument's reliability established over Cronbach alpha (knowledge =0.81, usage=0.89, awareness=0.74). data analysis utilized descriptive statistics independent samples t-tests SPSS. findings revealed significant differences amid usage, sector teachers demonstrated marginally higher technology integration (51%) compared to (48%). mean scores across all dimensions indicated positive both sectors. recommends enhancing training teacher preparation programs stresses for professional growth technology. These contribute understanding current state preparedness future educators offer insights improving digital education programs.

This study investigates the effectiveness of TikTok flipped classroom teaching model in enhancing students’ art design abilities, compared to traditional teacher-centered model. Using a quasi-experimental design, research was conducted over 16-week intervention with two second-year classes from university Guizhou Province, China. A purposive sampling method used select participants, 41 students experimental group (TikTok model) and control (traditional model). Both groups had comparable average final exam scores art-related courses spring semester 2024. The sought address three questions: Whether significantly enhances whether has significant impact, there is difference abilities between groups. Results are expected provide valuable insights into innovative methods, particularly use social media platforms like TikTok, education.
