Reproductive health services utilization among youth university students is essential for their sexual and reproductive well-being. Adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) is fundamental to the overall wellbeing development of young people. In Southern Ethiopia, adolescents face significant barriers accessing utilizing ASRH services: they include limited information, pervasive cultural stigma, inadequate healthcare infrastructure. Addressing these critical reducing unintended pregnancies, preventing sexually transmitted infections, achieving national international objectives. Introduction: Women's reproductive health knowledge is crucial for their well-being, particularly in LMICs like Pakistan, where cultural barriers often prevent open discussions. This study explores the awareness among Pakistani women, focusing on menstruation, contraception, STD prevention, pregnancy, and menopause. Methods: Data were collected from 125 women aged 15–49, covering demographics, menstrual knowledge, awareness, AIDS menopause, general knowledge. Results: Participants, 17–46, mostly married, urban, educated, middle-income backgrounds. Only 45.6% knew about menarche before it occurred, 54% received counseling at its onset. Medical help was preferred fertility issues, but traditional methods used pregnancy termination. While 65.6% aware of STDs, higher urban areas. 37% menopause-related risks. Background Sierra Leone, like many other sub-Saharan African countries, grapples with the challenge of high adolescent fertility rates. This study examines socio-economic and geographical inequalities in rates Leone between 2008 2019.
