The development of malignant tumors is a complex process that involves the tumor microenvironment (TME). Abstract Surgical resection remains a potentially curative treatment option for pancreatic cancer (PC). However, the high rate of local tumor recurrence and poor prognosis severely limit its therapeutic efficacy. In this study, we report an injectable thermosensitive hydrogel platform (designated as NDP@MnO2 hydrogel) that exhibits excellent biocompatibility, photothermal performance, wet adhesion properties, specifically designed precise post-operative therapy. This system innovatively combines shear-thinning injectability, dopamine-mediated tissue adhesion, MnO2-enhanced ablation capabilities. By precisely targeting hyperthermia to moist irregular margins during sol-gel transition subsequent exposure 808 nm laser, approach can effectively selectively eliminate residual cells while minimizing collateral damage adjacent healthy tissues. Notably, pre-clinical studies have demonstrated significantly reduces locoregional in models, thereby offering promising solution critical issue postoperative recurrence.
