Introduction Ginger, as a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), can be used in clinical practice to treat various diseases. The product of ginger processed at high temperatures is called carbonized (CG), which has hemostatic effect that originally did not have. purpose this study investigate the CG and substances exert effects. Methods was prepared successfully obtained carbon dots (CG-CDs) from its aqueous solution. After fully characterizing structural information, evaluated using mouse tail bleeding liver injury models, clotting time capillary coagulation experiments. In addition, mechanism CG-CDs explored. Results average particle size observed 4.07 nm lattice spacing 0.216 nm. It mainly composed graphite structured carbon, with main constituent elements being C, N, O, containing functional groups such C=N, C=O, C-OH. FL spectrum showed maximum excitation wavelength 360 nm, emission 470 QY calculated 0.45%. shortened time, reduced volume, also for blood clotting. With increase CG-CDs, values FIB gradually increased, PT decreased. increased PLT count, activating factor TXB2, decreased 6-keto-PGF 1 α , PAI-1, t-PA. Conclusion activity, by exogenous co-coagulation pathways, increasing reducing t-PA, thereby affecting fibrinolytic system other pathways
