Drug resistance is a serious problem for human health worldwide. Day by day this drug increasing and creating an anxious situation the treatment of both cancer infectious diseases caused pathogenic microorganisms. Researchers are trying to solve terrible overcome resistance. Biosynthesized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) could be promising agent controlling drug-resistant microorganisms cells. AuNPs can synthesized via chemical physical approaches, carrying many threats ecosystem. Green synthesis using biological agents such as plants microbes most fascinating attractive alternative physicochemical it offers advantages, simplicity, non-toxicity, cost-effectiveness, eco-friendliness. Plant extracts contain numerous biomolecules, produce various metabolites that act reducing, capping, stabilizing during AuNPs.
