ABSTRACT Objective This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis in the field of critical care echocardiography (CCE) and further discusses knowledge structure research hotspots, so as construct systematic framework that can provide reference for future work this field. Methods We collected data from Web Science database, with February 21, 2025 being cut‐off date. Subsequently, visual mapping were carried out on articles by using CiteSpace VOSviewer. Results The United States leads CCE publications. Among institutions, Paris Public Hospital Assistance (APHP) tops output. From author's dimension, Mcnamara PJ was identified most productive author. In terms academic journals, Journal Cardiothoracic Vascular Anesthesia number published results CCE. three frequently occurring keywords “echocardiogram,” “ICU,” “NICU.” have emerged more recently “COVID‐19,” “cardiogenic shock,” “point‐of‐care ultrasound (POCUS).” Keyword cluster indicated be divided into six sub‐fields, namely “congenital heart disease,” “cardiac arrest,” “sepsis,” “heart failure,” “patent ductus arteriosus,” “intensive unit.” Furthermore, we performed subgroup analyses specifically focusing application COVID‐19 patients pediatric CCE, respectively. Conclusion conducted statistical literature related presenting field's offering references relevant scholars.
