The
effects
of
photobiomodulation
(PBM)
that
decrease
inflammation,
increase
microcirculation,
promote
tissue
regeneration,
modulate
the
immune
system,
and
control
pain
makes
it
a
useful
modality
for
treatment

gastrointestinal
other
abdominal
disorders
small
animals.
This
chapter
discusses
use
PBMT
to
treat
this
range
conditions

best
achieve
clinical
results.

Abstract
Background
One
of
the
main
goals
for
pediatric
dentists
is
to
offer
a
painless
anesthesia
experience.
Laser
photobiomodulation
among
suggested
strategies
decrease
injection
pain.
So,
this
study
aimed
assess
impact
laser
on
local
(LA)
pain
in
children
and
its
effect
efficacy
LA
during
pulpotomy
SSC
procedures.
Methods
The
research
was
carried
out
as
randomized
controlled
clinical
trial
with
two
parallel
group
design.
It
involved
64
cooperative
healthy
children,
age
range
from
5
7
years,
each
having
at
least
one
maxillary
molar
indicated
pulpotomy.
Children
were
randomly
allocated
groups
based
pre-anesthetic
tissue
management
technique
used:
test
received
photobiomodulation,
while
control
topical
anesthetic
gel.
Pain
injection,
pulpotomy,
procedures
assessed
using
physiological
measures
(Heart
Rate
(HR)),
subjective
evaluation
(modified
Face-Pain‐Scale
(FPS),
objective
analysis
(Sound‐Eye‐Motor
scale
(SEM)).
Results
A
total
mean
6.23
±
0.78
participated
research.
HR
scores
significantly
lower
PBM
buccal
palatal
infiltration
injections.
SEM
both
For
FPS
scale,
number
who
recorded
satisfaction
higher
group.
There
no
statistically
significant
difference

between

Angina
Bullosa
Haemorrhagica
is
an
alteration
causing
recurrent
hemorrhagic
blisters,
which
rupture
easily
and
are
located
exclusively
in
the
oropharyngeal
or
oral
mucosa
sites
particularly
exposed
to
trauma.
These
lesions
spontaneously
form
ragged,
often
painless,
superficial
erosions
that
heal
within
1-2
weeks
without
scarring.
This
case
report
describes
use
of
Photobiomodulation
by
635nm
laser,
suggesting
its
utilization
for
pain
reduction
as
well
a
faster
healing
process.

Intense
pulsed
light
(IPL)
is
used
for
aesthetic
and
therapeutic
purposes.
According
to
recent
literature,
utilizing
IPL
may
boost
upregulation
of
anti-inflammatory
cytokines,
downregulation
pro-inflammatory
cytokines.
Concerns
have
been
raised
about
potential
thermal
damage
the
soft
hard
tissues
in
oral
cavity.
Therefore,
aim
this
study
was
determine
safety
using
various
intensities
Methods:
Three
adult
pigs
were
included
trial.
The
cavity
divided
into
four
quadrants
projected
with
a
wide
range
settings.
Alveolar
bone,
buccal
mucosa,
gingival
tissue
samples
taken
immediately
after
24
h.
In
each
animal,
one
quadrant
jaw
left
untreated
served
as
control.
All
processed
stained
H&E.
Results:
Clinical
examination
showed
no
evidence
changes
integrity
examined
tissues.
