In 2023, a collaborative research project was designed to explore purposive sample of new graduate mental health nurses' experiences moral injury. The aimed examine the participants' injury, identify types injury experienced and use findings enhance content on professional resiliency in postgraduate nursing programme. A qualitative design employed, with two focus groups an individual interview conducted. Due limited understandings term team initially decided study had failed meet aims objectives. OBJECTIVE: Moral distress emanating from value conflicts comprising ethical dimensions pose a threat to nurses’ health and retention, as well the quality of care. The aim present study was investigate relationships between frequency (EVC), perceived when they occur, respectively, work-related stress, burnout symptoms, turnover intent, team effectiveness, patient safety. METHODS: A two-wave longitudinal cohort questionnaire performed among registered nurses at six hospitals in two Swedish regions. Cross-sectional analyses (T1) were based on 1817 228 care units (CU), (T1 – T2) 965 190 CU. Hypothesis testing using multilevel controlled regression modeling. During a public health crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, nurse leaders coordinate timely high-quality care, maintain profit margins, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting wellbeing of nursing workforce. In rapidly changing environment where resources may be scarce, are vulnerable to moral injury; however, organizational effectiveness help buffer challenges in healthcare leadership, thereby fostering greater resilience reducing turnover intention. Introduction: Moral injury involves the adverse psychological, biological, spiritual, behavioural, and social consequences of actions that violate moral values. It can lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder. Nurses, who often face ethical dilemmas, are particularly vulnerable. Despite its significance, relationship between mental health outcomes in nurses remains underexplored. Aim: This systematic review aimed describe associations among injury, quality life nurses. Methods: The was registered PROSPERO (CRD42023438731) conducted following PRISMA guidelines. A literature search performed December 2023 across PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science. Peer-reviewed primary research involving nurses, published English or Italian, without time restrictions, considered eligible. risk bias evidence were assessed using Joanna Briggs Institute checklist GRADE approach.
