This
study
examines
the
impact
of
leadership
styles—transformational,
transactional,
and
servant
leadership—on
performance

therapy
clinics
in
Pakistan,

mediating

ABSTRACT
In
many
countries,
social
care
workers
suffer
from
mistreatment
recipients.
Such
poses
a
significant
challenge
the
human
resource
management
(HRM)
perspective
as
finding

retaining
competent

few
studies
focus
on
relationship
between
such
workers'

psychological

ABSTRACT
Over
the
past
few
years,

work‐family
balance,

social
support,

well‐being,
