Conflicts in the Pentecostal church leadership have been growing since time immemorial. However, disputes become traumatic and tragic Zimbabwe to extent that junior pastors are committing suicide killing each other because of these conflicts. This study examines the impact of leadership styles—transformational, transactional, and servant leadership—on performance physical therapy clinics in Pakistan, with a focus on mediating role employee engagement moderating effect organizational culture. Using quantitative research design, data were collected from 350 employees across various analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings reveal that all three styles positively influence clinic performance, playing critical role. also highlights culture, whether supportive, hierarchical, or innovative, moderates relationship between performance. These results suggest foster align clinic's cultural context are crucial for improving key indicators such as patient satisfaction, treatment success rates, financial outcomes. study's limitations include use convenience sampling cross-sectional which may affect generalizability temporal stability findings. practical implications emphasize need targeted development initiatives to enhance contributes understanding how culture interact healthcare settings.

ABSTRACT In many countries, social care workers suffer from mistreatment recipients. Such poses a significant challenge the human resource management (HRM) perspective as finding and retaining competent is global challenge. However, only few studies focus on relationship between such workers' job psychological resources. Drawing conservation of resources (COR) theory, our study sheds light recipients' incivility resilience workers. Specifically, examines mediating role work meaningfulness recipient incivility–care worker link, moderating servant leadership this mediated relationship. To test proposed moderated mediation model, two were conducted in organizations England ( n = 248) Romania 296). Our results revealed that perceived indirectly negatively related to by undermining their perceptions meaningfulness. Moreover, when under leader, indirect becomes weaker. The discussion elaborates findings model well theoretical practical implications for organizations.

ABSTRACT Over the past few years, academic scholars have shifted toward paying more attention to work‐family balance, family social support, and subjective well‐being, as these are critical issues for mature employees. Besides, Y‐Gen managers concerned about their digital leadership skills, which is also crucial well‐being. However, this study, researchers constructed main research variables (work‐family well‐being) based on assumptions of spillover theory conservation resources (COR) theory. The current study has three distinct objectives: (a) determine impact support (b) test mediation effects in relationships between skills well‐being (c) moderation gender Using convenience sampling technique, data was taken from 314 mid top‐level working private sector Bangladesh. findings revealed that positively affect managers' partially mediates does not any effect relationship Therefore, higher authority needs focus regarding balance skills.

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact servant leadership on employee well-being in Jordanian hospitality sector. Furthermore, it attempted explore potential mediation effects job burnout, role overload, and anxiety relationship. data were obtained from a sample 341 individuals who employed five-star hotels located Amman using simple random sample.
