The aim of the current study was to adapt Adult Disorganized Attachment Scale (ADA) Persian and examine its psychometric properties. conducted with 202 participants, including 124 female (61.4%), who were students at Kermanshah University Medical Sciences, aged 17-36 years. Experience in Close Relationships measure used assess convergent validity, while Sadism Shutdown Dissociation evaluate criterion validity. reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, construct validity confirmatory factor analysis examined. collected data analyzed SPSS v.25 LISREL 8.8 applications. scale demonstrated strong (α = 0.82) good positive correlations Dissociation, Anxious Avoidant Attachment, (p < 0.05). Confirmatory Factor Analysis supported structural excellent fit indexes (χ2/df 1.44, RMSEA 0.047, CFI 0.98, GFI 0.96). This version ADA can be considered a valid reliable scale, which is short practical tool that clinical research settings Iran.
