Objective Academic burnout is a prevalent phenomenon among college students. According to the Conservation of Resources Theory, when there an imbalance between invested resources and expected returns, individuals may suffer from academic or job burnout. If individual has sufficient resources, these relieve negative problem. Healthy lifestyle believed improve brain health provide resources. However, limited research examined psychological mechanisms that link multidimensional healthy lifestyle. Methods A sample 1,186 undergraduate students freshmen seniors were recruited using stratified cluster random sampling method. The participants completed online questionnaires assessed healthiness their lifestyle, dormitory conflict coping style, in April 2021. Bivariate correlation moderated mediation model constructed examine relationships variables. Results results indicated (1) was negatively correlated with ( r = −0.496, p < 0.001), styles competition −0.281, 0.001) avoidance −0.210, but positively cooperation 0.342, obedience 0.134, 0.001); (2) 0.331, 0.305, −0.227, (3) direct path on partially mediated by (effect −0.04, 95%CI: [−0.05,-0.03]) −0.03, [−0.04,-0.02]), which gender β −0.48, 0.007).
