In achieving the goals of organization, it requires good human resources to manage system. order for this system work, several important aspects must be considered, such as training, work interest, and environment. This study examines the integration of technopreneurship with pro-environmental behavior to achieve sustainable carbon emission reduction in Central Kalimantan. Focusing on Dayak-Banjar communities, research aims develop a model that leverages local wisdom and technopreneurial activities promote environmental conservation. The methodology includes qualitative through interviews questionnaires distributed Baung, Muara Dua, Kuala Pembuang villages. Findings reveal deeply affected by degradation, are willing adopt behaviors. Key factors influencing this change include attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, knowledge. highlights potential promoting practices provides foundation for designing policies support technopreneurship. Abstract Hydroponics has emerged as an innovative system in modern plant cultivation. This study explores the intricate relationship between consumer awareness, health consciousness, and environmental concerns relating to willingness buy hydroponic vegetables. Initially, 218 completed surveys were collected; however, after a meticulous review of initial responses especially those related consumption or purchase products refined pool 208 valid respondents was identified. The employed Structural Equation Model (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 4 software for analysis. findings reveal that all hypotheses posited accepted. It identified concern, consciousness significantly positively impact vegetable products. Additionally, results demonstrate awareness influences both concern consciousness. research implications business practitioners selling by aiding understanding identifying their consumers' needs, particularly issues.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC) with mediating role work engagement and motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Pekanbaru Lancang Kuning Branch Office, with the aim of determining influence work discipline, motivation, and career development on employee performance, organizational culture as intervening variable. Bu araştırmanın amacı sorumlu liderliğin ve otonom (özerk) çevre motivasyonunun gönüllü yeşil davranış üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Balıkesir ilinde ilçelerinde görev yapan 1830 banka personeli oluşturmaktadır. örneklemini Bandırma ilçesi il merkezinde 340 Veriler anket yolu ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerle frekans analizi, güvenilirlik keşfedici faktör normallik testi, korelasyon analizi çoklu regresyon yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizinin neticesinde üzerinde anlamlı olumlu etkisinin olduğu tespit Ancak etkisi olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya konu olan değişkenlerle ilgili literatürde oldukça az sayıda çalışmanın olması bu çalışmada liderlik etkilerinin ele alınacak olması, özgün yönünü ortaya koyacaktır. Sonuç bölümünde araştırma bulguları ışığında öneriler sunulmuştur.
