This study aimed to explore the latent class CD differences in their characteristics analyze factors influencing different classes. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used select 250 who attended a tertiary-level hospital Nanjing from August November 2024 for study. They were surveyed via General Information Questionnaire, Crohn's Disease Care Needs Scale (CD-CNS), Inflammatory Bowel (IBD) Patient Symptom Clusters Assessment Scale, Family Adaptability Cohesion (FACES), Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI). classes identified latent profile analysis (LPA), analyzed multiple logistic regression analyses. Results: 1) LPA results revealed that divided into three profiles as best model fitting indicators: "low-care-needs-adaptation group" (n=96, 38.4%), " moderate-care-needs-growth group " (n=81, 32.4%), high-care needs-distress "(n=73, 29.2%). 2) Regression analyses current status, presence stoma, symptom burden, family adaptability cohesion, post-traumatic growth (PTG) influential Conclusion: There is significant heterogeneity patients. focus on high enhance management psychological interventions improve PTG reduce burden.
