Methods The men’s dataset of the 2022 Demographic Health Survey (n = 2,453) were utilized for this study. Descriptive characteristics summarized using frequencies proportions. Three sets multivariate logistic regression models examined relationship between independent dependent variables. Results Findings reveal that men years Ghana, only 15.3% had PrEP, with a acceptability rate 32.1%, while merely 8.5% undergone testing, 49% sexual activity. Significant associations existed socio-demographic factors such as region (Volta, Eastern, Western North, Bono East), being widowed/separated/divorced, having higher education, knowledge; from Central region, ages 20–24 years, secondary or education sexually active also significantly associated testing. Conclusion Region, marital status, employment religion, activity are universal predictors Ghana; whereas sole strongly predictor both respectively. remain key focus achieving global targets reducing therefore existing should be intensified these empirically multi-dimensional useful guide.
