Human resources are an important component of digital transformation since they help organizations achieve long-term competitive advantage.Moreover, implementing technologies improves employees' performance, transforms business processes, and enhances overall performance.The current research aims to explore the impact dimensions on job performance in hotels.The descriptive approach was used for a cluster sample hotel employees.Questionnaires were distributed 382 participants fourand five star hotels Red Sea governorate from May August 2023.The results reveal that seeking spread organizational culture adopt strategy improve employees particular.Furthermore, there is significant (DT strategy, DT culture, human dimension, procedural technical dimension) recommended should have specialized department transformation.Hotels enhance management by setting task completion times measuring deviations electronically.Moreover, develop information security plan maintain secure backup data all guests employees, addition investing employee training changing nature integrating seminars, online courses, remote communication technology.

هدف البحث تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتخطيط تعاقب القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي لرصد وتحليل وتفسير واقع عملية التعاقب القيادي والإجراءات المتبعة والوثائق ذات الصلة؛ اعتمادًا على المقابلة الشخصية المقننة مع عينة بلغت (93) من بكليات الجامعة المراكز القيادية (عميد - وكيل – رئيس مجلس قسم)، سواء الشاغلين لتلك حاليًا، أو فترات سابقة. وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: ضبابية المتعلقة بالاحتياجات المستقبلية الأكاديمية؛ بما يؤثر بشكل كبير استقطاب وإعداد وتنمية التي تتماشى الأولويات الإستراتيجية للجامعة، وقلة فعالية التخطيط للتعاقب رغم توافر العدد الكافي المرشحين المحتملين للمناصب كليات الجامعة؛ يزيد احتمالات تعيين بعض الذين قد لا يمتلكون المهارات اللازمة لشغل الوظائف القيادية، إضافة غياب توظيف التقنيات الرقمية إدارة الموارد البشرية عامة والتعاقب بخاصة. وانتهى بتقديم الأزهر؛ استنادًا الأسس النظرية بالجامعات، ونتائج المقابلات الحالية والسابقة حول تخطيط بالجامعة ومقترحات تطويره.

Purpose The present study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on achieving outstanding performance in educational administration, improving and developing electronic services facilitating beneficiaries’ access services. Design/methodology/approach This applied descriptive/analytical quantitative qualitative methodologies a sample 206 employees from an administration. Confirmatory inferential analysis was conducted investigate relationship mutual between variables under examination by Structural Equation Modeling requirements. Findings found that model effectively explained phenomenon being studied with efforts infrastructure, human resources culture, as hypothesized. However, unexpected negative strategy performance. Interviews participants confirmed gradual improvements various aspects transformation.
