Purpose
The
present
study
aims
to
analyze
the
impact
of
digital
transformation
on
achieving
outstanding
performance
in
educational
administration,
improving
and
developing
electronic
services
facilitating
beneficiaries’
access
services.
Design/methodology/approach
This
applied
descriptive/analytical
quantitative
qualitative
methodologies
a
sample
206
employees
from
an
administration.
Confirmatory
inferential
analysis
was
conducted

relationship

Equation
