The most notable indicators of climate change are noticed in many climatic phenomena since the 1950s.Global is manifested by global warming and sea-level rise.This study aimed to detect effect temperature on wet weight, shell length aperture seawater snail Planaxis sulcatus.This an experimental that investigated 54 sulcatus snails.The samples were collected from beach Yanbu western Saudi Arabia then transferred lab.Samples divided into 3 groups control, cure 1 2. Each group contained 18 snails.Group was treated increasing water be 28.8°C, while 2 32°C.This showed that, regarding sulcatus, there no significant differences between weekly measures shield length, aperture.Also, three studied (control, 2) assessed snails at any station (p>0.05).In conclusion: There a need for conducting further studies effects different factors such as high temperature, acidity salinity.

Global temperature is increasing due to anthropogenic activities and the effects of elevated on DNA lesions are not well documented in marine organisms. The American oyster (Crassostrea virginica, an edible commercially important mollusk) ideal shellfish species study oxidative during heat stress. In this study, we examined temperatures (24, 28, 32 °C for one-week exposure) shock protein-70 (HSP70, a biomarker stress), 8‑hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG, pro-mutagenic lesion), double-stranded (dsDNA), γ-histone family member X (γH2AX, molecular damage), caspase-3 (CAS-3, key enzyme apoptotic pathway) Bcl-2-associated (BAX, apoptosis regulator) protein and/or mRNA expressions gills oysters.
