Saline soils are prevalent globally, necessitating the implementation of effective agricultural practices for optimal productivity. This research was undertaken over two consecutive seasons (2022 and 2023) with aim enhancing soybean productivity in saline soil conditions. Three amendment treatments [T1: Without addition (control); T2: Agriclural gypsum (gypsum requirements); T3: Compost (plant residues)] were studied as main factor. Four beneficial elements [F1: without application F2: Cobalt form cobalt sulphate solution (36%Co); F3: Molybdenum ammonium molybdate (48.9%Mo); F4: combined Co + Mo] via foliar rate 8.0 mg element L-1 evaluated sub Growth performance parameters e.g., plant height, fresh dry weights leaves chlorophyll content assessed to gauge development plants after 80 days from sowing. Additionally, yield-related parameters, including number pods per plant, seed yield oil, protein, carbohydrates seeds determined. Furthermore, electrical conductivity (EC) availability nutrients (N, P, K) analyzed at harvest stage. The compost resulted highest values all growth under study, followed by gypsum, finally, control treatment. On other hand, molybdenum exhibited maximum values, Mo alone, treatment following decreasing order. Overall, most achieving T3 Ҳ F4. compared treatment, led a decrease stage, conversely, an increase. contributed elevated nutrient more than gypsum.
