Soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill) is a versatile crop that holds high level of protein and fatty acid-rich oil. It plays vital role in global exchange the demand for soybean increasing globally owing to its multiple uses, especially de-oiled cakes. Therefore, improving productivity helps acquire additional revenue nation. This review highlights significant macro micro-nutrients crop. Using different components nutrient inputs like inorganic fertilizers, organic manures biofertilizers an integrated manner paves way proper utilization applied nutrients by leading higher yield. Additionally, it offers soil fertility enhancement creating positive effects on profile compared use synthetic fertilizers alone. The article also discusses kinds insights into management practices can be used promote sustainable production.

Under the conditions of Egyptian soils, in which soil pH rises to more than 7.5 - 8.2, phosphorus is deposited form tri calcium phosphate Ca (PO4)2, a complex that not ready for plant. To address this issue, field trial was conducted over 2020/21 and 2021/2022 seasons using split-plot experimental design. The primary objective enhance availability assess its impact on faba bean growth through mineral, bio, organic fertilization, alongside foliar feeding with iron zinc. main factor experiment involved additions, including control (no additions), superphosphate, compost, citric acid, phosphorine, combined treatment compost acid. sub-main considered application microelements, options being no application, zinc application. Various parameters, such as nutrient (N, P, K, mgkg-1) matter (%) were determined at harvest stage. Additionally, chemical constituents K %) straw seeds, along concentrations (mg kg-1) protein assessed harvest. Yield-related components, number pods plant-1, weight seed pod-1 (g), 100 yield (ardb fed-1) (ton fed-1),were also measured. results indicated all additions significantly increased well other compared treatment, (compost + citric) showing superior effects both availability. applications properties clearly discernible. In terms plant-related parameters exhibited highest values, followed by treatments, respectively. Regarding demonstrated most substantial increase traits while realized lowest values. These findings underscore potential specific mitigating phosphorus-related challenges enhancing alkaline soils.

Salinity is one of the abiotic stresses that affect negatively wheat productivity across globe. In Pakistan, a cash crop. Probably, exogenous application salicylic acid could be helpful to induce salt stress resistance in possibly high-yielding modern cultivars Pakistan (Ujala 2016 and Akbar 2019). A pot experiment complete randomized design was therefore conducted sand-filled plastic containers. These pots were planted with seeds at experimental area Department Botany, Government College Women's University Faisalabad, during winter season 2021-2022. Two levels NaCl [0 150mM] applied along Hoagland's nutrient solution 14-day interval two 100 mg L-1] leaves after 28 DAS. All treatments replicated 4 times. Plants sampled 3 weeks foliar estimate morphological biochemical parameters. significantly lessened shoot root fresh/dry weights. Also, it diminished soluble protein, K+ ion, K+/Na+ ratio when grown under saline conditions compared control. On other hand, salinity raised catalase, superoxide dismutase, ascorbic acid, total phenolic, glycine betaine, hydrogen peroxide, malondialdehyde Na+ ion. Exogenic SA activities peroxidase, calcium, this consequently enhanced (fresh dry) weights also non-stressful condition. conclusion, more effective for both acclimatize The cultivar Akbar-2019 revealed better performance than 2019 most characteristics conditions.
