ABSTRACT The discourse on climate change has brought to the fore pressing need for improved flood management strategies. Recent trends indicate a surge in flooding incidents residential areas, which can potentially disrupt socio‐economic activities and result loss of lives. This study conducts Systematic Literature Review (SLR) comprehensively assess compare various mitigation strategies employed zoning practices globally. Residential New Zealand means designated area land specifically set aside housing development, with rules regulations governing density type dwellings that be built there maintain suitable living environment residents. Research articles published between 2001 2024 focused reduction were collected, synthesised, analysed. A predefined review protocol guided this approach, involving searches widely used electronic databases. ABSTRACT Financialization is an emerging and crucial means to address the challenge of funding water infrastructure development shortage. However, spatio-temporal characteristics influencing mechanisms state-based financialization remain unclear. To this end, study constructed indicator financialization(WIF), using China as a typical case, thoroughly investigated driving factors WIF in from 2008 2020 based on spatial analysis methods.
