Water temperature is one of mainly the seasonal dynamics influencing microbial quality in aquatic ecosystems; however, discerning interaction betweeen and bacterial diversity challenging. To address this issue, we characterized community surface waters obtained from November month (in 1990 2020) with average 1 °C increase at Kilis, Türkiye by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Bacterial communities indicated high similarities relative abundances dominant taxa (Proteobacteria) for both sampling sites. Our findings highlighted that change favored duplication opportunistic thermotolerant bacteria, including total coliform E.coli which may waterborne-disease. This study provides comprehensive information about phylogenetic diversity, quantitatively assessing indicator microorganisms physicochemical potential water within two Kilis. climatic data estimates to be rate 2.5 °C/increase associated air Kilis region next 30 years. The current first exploration combine climate molecular approaches predict how concentrations environments future based on long-term region.

This study was to evaluate the level of contamination surface waters by coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli, as well detect fecal pollution antibiotic resistance patterns E. coli strains from recovered Asi (Orentes) River in southern region Turkey. Total results were revealed ˃1100 MPN/100 mL 1100 for two stations, respectively. A total 10 isolates screened susceptibility Kirby Bauer method. Resistance cefotaxime, tobramycin, streptomycin, trimethoprim, cefepime, cefazolin, ampicillin determined 20%, 40%, These findings point out a widespread distribution produced genes Turkey, suggesting an aquatic reservoir genes. The surface waters contaminated with coliform bacteria having antibiotic and heavy metal resistance have become an increasing public health risk. For this reason, it is aimed to detect the bacterial quality, frequency of antibiotics, resistance, bioindicator in water sources taken from Kilis. profile sixteen species belonging class Gammaproteobacteria standard antibiotics salts was investigated using Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion techniques. various physicochemical parameters such as total dissolved solids (TDS), electrical conductivity (EC), pH, temperature, oxygen amount, biochemical demand (BOD) samples were also examined. load recorded as˃1100 (MPN)/100 mL calculated comparatively lower values (53(MPN)/100 mL) fecal contamination for both stations. A high level clindamycin a 16 strains observed. Ampicillin (56.25%), cefotaxime (37.5%), ceftazidime (31.25%) followed them. trends isolates increased order Cd2+< Pb2+
