ABSTRACT Growing concern over food security has drawn worldwide scholarly attention. Addressing issues highlights the vulnerability of agricultural yield to complexity agriculture inputs. Therefore, this study considers intricacies cultivation inputs and their effect on cereal production across 20 developing Asian countries from 1990 2022. First, advanced machine learning algorithms are employed investigate combined impact farming Product Complexity Index yields. Second, Granger causality test was used uncover direction between exogenous variables. Both causal inference neural network (CINN) deep (DNN) models show a rapid initial decrease in loss during early epochs, followed by more gradual decline, indicating effective convergence. Notably, CINN model consistently starts with lower compared DNN model, suggesting superior performance minimizing training loss. These techniques have successfully predicted synergistic relationships, leading significant improvements forecasting. The results revealed feedback crop yields use fertilizer different lags. emphasize potential for targeted guidelines that harness interactions complexities application improve

Abstract The undergraduate students' knowledge, perception, and practices regarding climate change in the Department of Agricultural Science at Daffodil International University, Bangladesh, were studied. In total, 150 students surveyed a cross-sectional study using structured questionnaire. This paper will highlight level understanding that have with regard to causes, impacts, mitigation strategies related change, their involvement climate-friendly practices. Results show high overall awareness 86% on while 80.67% perceive manifestations within communities. Students also showed good knowledge causes burning fossil fuel 68.6% deforestation 68.0% being most mentioned causes. On impact, sea-level rise 78.6% is identified, closely followed by desertification 78.0%. These are practical measures, response was very overwhelming for: reduction industrial pollution 82% agreeing, adoption renewable energy 81.3% agreeing. analysis indicated highest engagement tree planting stood 82.6%, water conservation 82%. There weak positive correlation between about practices, as coefficient small (r = 0.057, p 0.495), signifying more action not necessarily taken. Chi-square tests no statistically significant associations gender or academic change.

Background: The corn supply chain is vital for food security and economic stability regionally globally. This study integrates sustainable management with location optimization to address trade-offs from climate change, viability, environmental impact while assuming the constant social obligation inherent in structure. Methods: employs a mixed-integer programming (MIP) framework optimize facility locations North Dakota, including production zones as suppliers ethanol plants consumers. Primary objectives include cost minimization greenhouse gas reduction, enabling prioritization of or goals per organizational strategies regulations. approach ultimately maximizes resource utilization by ensuring efficient distribution practices. Results: case results highlight optimal selection 20 out 30 meet statewide plant demand efficiently. Using compressed natural (CNG) instead diesel could potentially save USD 2 million annually cut carbon emissions up 1148 thousand tons year, demonstrating meaningful progress toward sustainability within network. Conclusions: presented work offers systematic methodology designing chains various agricultural products, aligning broader goal promoting resilience systems.
