Introduction Salinity intrusion is the most common global concern along coastlines, but it can happen inland also. The lack of freshwater primary issue affecting coastal areas. Many health problems are prevalent among inhabitants due to their frequent use salted water. women living coastline getting progressively compromised salinity intrusion. Objectives study aims determine menstrual practices and other faced by in region Bangladesh. Methods was conducted using a survey research design from May 2023 October on rural aged 18 45 years, who lived Bangladeshi village Koyra Upazila Khulna district. sample size 101. Open- closed-ended questions planned interview schedule were used gather data. Additional information appropriate sources, e.g., newspapers, publications, books, utilized enhance comprehensiveness statistical analysis support rationality. A p-value 0.05 considered significant. Statistical performed STATA version 15 (StataCorp LLC, College Station, TX). Results Menstrual hygiene showed higher prevalence fabric rags reusing them after rinsing salt water (72.3%) than sanitary pads (25.7%). It observed that risk diarrhea tubewell rainwater users significantly lowered 0.25 times (95% CI = 0.06, 0.99; p 0.049) 0.06 0.01, 0.43; 0.005), respectively, compared pond users.
