Abstract
In
the
rapidly
evolving
landscape
of
digital
age,
concept

has
expanded
beyond
traditional
physical
assets
to
include
intangible
forms
ownership
such
as
property.
This
transformation
presents
significant
challenges
for
civil
law,
especially
in
Albania,
where
legal
frameworks
have
struggled
keep
pace
with
technological
advances.
article
explores
definition
assets,
focusing
on
assessments
that
organizations,
law
institutions
or
states
made
regarding
disposition,
transfer
and
protection
these
assets.
The
examines
how
Albanian
rooted
notions
inheritance,
addresses
issues
related
rights,
including
asset
management,
tokens,
broader
applications
within
blockchain
ecosystems.
Through
an
analysis
national
international
perspectives,
identifies
main
adapting
existing
laws
challenging
complexity
ownership.
It
also
proposes
possible

countries.
