In recent years, Russia has seen a sustainable and profound transformation of food production consumption processes. The aim the study is to analyze impact information digital tools on priority areas technology systems development in light concept development. objects were search queries scientific electronic libraries (Elibrary, Cyberleninka) databases (Google Scholar), archives domestic foreign journals, as well other materials published open sources corresponding subject field study. article considers ten most relevant trends technologies, between which high level interconnection, mutual influence interpenetration have been established. authors showed significant (artificial intelligence, Internet Things, etc.) ensuring safety traceability. established that active implementation technologies sales allowed ingredient suppliers, processors, manufacturers, retailers catering establishments automate compliance with requirements, contributed creation effective farm-to-table management systems. widespread use various wearable devices apps allow optimizing diets stimulated demand for nutraceuticals personalized nutrition.
