Promoting regeneration of native trees, like Quercus spp., is a priority for land managers given the ecological and economic importance oak woodlands. This study examined the bioproductivity of two poplar genotypes propagated by single-tree stem cuttings. The experiment compared variants using cuttings different lengths (10–22 cm) and containers with volumes from 1 to 3 L. It was found that best growth performance seedlings in height according traditional container technology (70.6 ± 5.5–111.5 5.0 observed intersectional hybrid ‘E.s.-38’ (genotype 1). predominance genotype factor over rooting established. fast-growing 1, E.s.-38, had higher productivity plant indices, suggesting it as a variety can allow for standard planting material one season.
