Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common cause of dementia in older adults. Depression an important co-morbid disorder this group, as it may decrease their quality life (QoL). Exercise or Reminiscence therapy (RT) thought to be viable lessening degree depression To investigate and compare impacts integrated exercise reminiscence on level QoL A single-blinded quasi-experimental study with a comparison group design was conducted 51 institutionalized adults mild-to-moderate AD were grouped into (i) (RT, n = 17), (ii) (EX, 16), (iii) coupled (ER, 18). The assessed using Cornell Scale for Dementia (CSDD); QOL–AD scale. repeated-measures ANOVA used data analyses. Results: alone combination effective reducing levels improved (p<.05). This found significant improvements mean score CSDD ER, thus supporting its effectiveness depressive symptoms improving mild AD. These results help contribute healthcare practices deliver adults’ rehabilitation.
