Aim: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of reality therapy and cognitive behavioral on depression women's adaptation after abortion. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental pre-test, post-test follow-up with a control group. statistical population in this included women abortion who referred gynecologist one gynecology obstetrics clinics western part Tehran, diagnosis (receiving treatment inquiry); using available sampling method, 45 people were selected completely random they divided into 3 groups 15 replaced groups: first experiment (15), second (15) (15). data collection instrument questionnaire, coping strategies agreeableness, supplemented by women. Educational interventions implemented pre-established targets for questionnaires again executed analysis carried out 50 days later. The present study aims to determine the effect of developed parallel process model on resilience spouses post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) veterans. This quasi-experimental investigation comprised 30 veterans diagnosed with PTSD, segregated into two distinct groups during year 2023: an intervention group, consisting 15 individuals, and a control group equal size. To gather data for this study, demographic questionnaire capturing information age, veteran percentage, education level, occupation, alongside Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), was utilized. Preceding intervention, exhibited mean score 45.06 (SD=3.82), which increased 61.13 (SD=4.92) after indicating statistically significant difference as determined by paired t-test (P<0.01). Conversely, in rate 46.53 (SD=5.71) before 47.00 (SD=6.20) intervention; however, did not reveal (P=0.7). In sum, implementation educational methodologies grounded theoretical frameworks cognitive models emerges pivotal factor augmenting adaptation levels grappling PTSD.

This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between secondary traumatic stress and academic self-concept in children of veterans. cross-sectional study, conducted 2017 within Mazandaran province, Iran, focused on 150 veterans diagnosed with post-traumatic disorder. The instruments utilized for data collection this investigation encompass demographic variables (such as gender, age, children's education level, father's education, mother's occupation, veteran percentage), scale, questionnaire. mean scores among were 43.97 (SD=13.8) 40.52 (SD=17.09), respectively. Furthermore, a statistically significant correlation was observed self-concept, indicating that an increase associated decrease (P<0.01). findings underscore discernible Notably, success emerges factor contributing enhancement demographic.

Background: Childbirth is among the most significant and pleasant events in a woman’s life. This event can be traumatic threat to mother’s mental health. study recognizes relationship between Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after childbirth social support marital satisfaction. Methods: Cross-sectional analytical was performed on sample of 400 mothers who had delivered at Shohadaye-15-Khordad Hospital Varamin (in two groups with & without PTSD). The research instruments include Demographic, Midwifery, Neonatal Factors checklist, Enrich Marital Satisfaction, Weinfeld Tigman Social Support, PTSD Symptoms Scale. We used SPSS analyze descriptive Pearson correlation logistic regression data. A P<0.05 considered significant. Results: prevalence PTDS this equal 16.8%. There no mean total score all dimensions (P>0.05). satisfaction significantly affected probability (P=0.001). dimension avoidance symptoms infant gender (P=0.038). also gestational age (P=0.001) type nutrition feeding motivational (P=0.041) dimensions. Conclusion: According PTSD, it recommended design suitable interventions improve status promptly diagnose susceptible prevent spread complication.
