The purpose of this study was to assess immunological status and correlations cytokines diff erent groups in patients the acute period ischemic stroke (IS). Material methods. 80 with IS (treatment group) 20 cardiovascular diseases (control were examined. All assessed for comorbidity, cognitive function demographic characteristics. following IS: subtype, functional using Barthel Index (BI), Ranking scale (mRS), National Institutes Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), neuroimaging parameters. Laboratory diagnosis included assessment serum concentrations interleukins, interferons, CXC- CC-chemokines, MIF, GM-CSF TNF-α. Statistical analyses performed Python its libraries Pandas SciPy. Results. Higher levels IFN-γ, CXCL1, CCL23 determined IS. CXCL1 found correlate BI, NIHSS, MoCA, foci size; IL — 6 presence diabetes, overweight; IFN-γ hyperlipidemia, NIHSS. associated mRS at day 14, atherosclerosis, atherothrombotic subtype IS; CCL2 leukoaraiosis, hypertension; CXCL8 diabetes. Conclusion. research level differential expression is an actual direction clinical medicine. verifi cation CXCL8, CCL23, CCL2, IL-6 as potential biomarkers severity, course outcomes AI requires clarifi through further studies.

Objective . To evaluate the relationship between immunological parameters and functional outcome in patients with varying severity of ischemic stroke based on statistical methodology. Materials methods. The prospective study included 78 diagnosed stroke, who were distributed into two groups: group 1 — 38 mild patients, NIHSS score < 5, 2 40 moderate 5–15. Chemokines form family CXC-Gro-a/CXCL1 clusters are principal cytokines associated patient’s motor functions recovery acute period stroke. Although obtained results demonstrate effect increased Gro-a/CXCL1, improvement impairments, further studies needed verify chemokines prognostic markers
