The rapid advancement of technology has made mobile health (mHealth) a promising tool to mitigate problems, particularly among older adults. Despite the numerous benefits mHealth, assessing individual acceptance is required address specific needs people and promote their intention use mHealth. This study aims adapt validate senior model (STAM) questionnaire for mHealth in Thai context. In this cross-sectional study, we adapted original, 38-item, English version STAM using 10-point Likert scale acceptability population. We translated into forward backward translation. A total 15 adults experts completed pilot were interviewed assess its validity. items then reworded revised better comprehension cross-cultural compatibility. construct validity was evaluated by multidimensional approach, including exploratory confirmatory factor analysis nonparametric item response theory analysis. Discriminative indices consisting sensitivity, specificity, area under receiver operating characteristic (AUROC) used determine appropriate banding discriminant Internal consistency assessed Cronbach α McDonald ω coefficients. Out 1100 participants with mean age 62.3 (SD 8.8) years, 360 (32.7%) aged 45-59 740 (67.3%) 60 years older. Of 40-item questionnaire, identified 22 loadings >0.4 across 7 principal components, explaining 91.45% variance. Confirmatory confirmed that 9-dimensional sets had satisfactory fit (comparative index=0.976, Tucker-Lewis index=0.968, root square error approximation=0.043, standardized squared residual=0.044, R2 each item>0.30). score D (low≤151, moderate 152-180, high≥181) preferred as optimal 22-item cutoff based on highest sensitivity 89% (95% CI 86.1%-91.5%) AUROC 72.4% 70%-74.8%) predicting final STAM, items, exhibited remarkable internal consistency, evidenced 0.88 0.87-0.89) 0.85 0.83-0.87). Abstract Technology advances and digital transformation are constantly growing, resulting in an increase the number of sports-related technologies apps on market, particularly during COVID-19 pandemic. The aim this study is to update a comprehensive evaluation literature published since 2020 desire use embrace fitness physical activity-related apps. Using PERSiST adapted from PRISMA statement, total 29 articles that provide assessment models sports consumers’ desires utilise applications were discovered. Several major conclusions emerge findings: (1) alternative Acceptance Model has increased recent years with new theories not derived model now being associated it; (2) studies Europe increasing as well specifical interest apps; (3) UTAUT UTAUT2 more widely used within sport sector appear connected behaviour intentions; (4) exogenous endogenous variables linked main technology acceptance their behavioral intentions diverse academic literature. These findings could help managers user communication, activity levels participation centres, modify policies services organisations.

Background The rollout of the electronic health record (EHR) represents a central component digital transformation German care system. Although EHR promises more effective, safer, and faster treatment patients from systems perspective, successful implementation largely depends on patient. In recent survey, 3 out 4 Germans stated that they intend to use EHR, whereas other studies show intention technology is not reliable sufficient predictor actual use. Objective Controlling for patients’ we investigated whether disease-specific risk perceptions related time course disease disease-related stigma explain additional variance in decisions upload medical reports EHR. Methods an online user study, 241 participants were asked interact with randomly assigned report varied systematically terms (high vs low) (acute chronic) decide it Results Disease-related (odds ratio 0.154, P<.001) offset generally positive relationship between decision 2.628, P<.001), showed no effect. Conclusions Even if such as those diseases associated social may deter people uploading To ensure this key digitalized system, transparent easy-to-comprehend information about safety standards are warranted across board, even populations favor using

Specifically, it focuses on Privacy Calculus Model constructs, encompassing perceived risk and benefit, as well pivotal elements trust self-efficacy. It also explores moderating influence experience influencing factors a application. Design/methodology/approach In survey with 572 respondents, data analysis was conducted using partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. Findings findings reveal that exerts significant negative intention. Conversely, self-efficacy exhibit positive impact Moreover, delves into role users' experience, which found significantly these relationships, suggesting user plays in shaping adoption dynamics applications. Service providers are ardent about promoting mobile payment (M-payment) technologies that enhance customer experience and foster a favorable attitude toward M-payments. Considering this, our study investigates the continuance intention of M-payment services, encouraging users to utilize M-payments in their everyday financial transactions. Our research used structural equation modeling (SEM) expand horizons unified theory acceptance use technology 2 (UTAUT2) traditional behavioral model (TBIM) The survey examined 620 continue using services. Mediation moderation techniques explored models' direct indirect relationships. results show users' is amplified by quality service, knowledge, perceived enjoyment, referent network size, further escalating Customers' attitudes services partially mediate relationship between underlying constructs. Moreover, responsiveness strengthens link, whereas technological uncertainty weakens association user continuous intention. could be useful for various stakeholders, including service providers, retail managers, customers, marketing companies, policymakers, enhancing India's digital infrastructure.

This study explores a new way to model the adoption of AI, specifically online recommender systems. It aims find factors that can explain variation in usage terms differences between individuals and over technologies. We analyzed survey data from users platforms U.S. using two-level structural equation (SEM) (N = 1007). In this model, dependent variable was rate, which defined as share time person used particular system (e.g., "People You May Know") when they use platform Facebook). Purpose This study aims to investigate the complex pathways mHealth adoption among older adults through an innovative methodological integration of necessary condition analysis (NCA) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative (fsQCA), addressing critical gaps in understanding technology acceptance ageing populations. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 290 a structured questionnaire measuring six key factors: perceived usefulness, ease use, subjective norms, privacy security, social interaction capability personalisation. The employed sequential mixed-methods design, integrating NCA identify conditions fsQCA uncover sufficient configurations leading high intention. Findings revealed four distinct intention, demonstrating equifinality acceptance. Perceived usefulness emerged as most (effect size = 0.312), while different combinations factors provided alternative successful adoption. results demonstrate significant variations between urban suburban participants, particularly emphasising personalisation features.
