The
rapid
advancement
of
technology

mobile
health
(mHealth)
a
promising
tool
to
mitigate
problems,
particularly
among
older
adults.
Despite
the
numerous
benefits
mHealth,
assessing
individual
acceptance
is
required

Abstract
Technology
advances
and
digital
transformation
are
constantly
growing,
resulting
in
an
increase
the
number
of
sports-related
technologies
apps
on
market,
particularly
during
COVID-19
pandemic.
The
aim
this
study
is
to
update
a
comprehensive
evaluation
literature
published
since
2020

use
embrace

physical
activity-related
apps.
Using
PERSiST
adapted
from
PRISMA
statement,
total

that

consumers’

Purpose
