Introduction Correctional workers (CWs) are frequently exposed to potentially traumatic events in the workplace, leading an increased prevalence of mental health concerns. Online psychotherapy can address many barriers CWs face when seeking adequate care. Despite their benefits, CWs’ experience using digital interventions is relatively unknown. This information could be valuable developing enhanced care delivery improve recruitment, retention, satisfaction, and treatment outcomes. Background In a world of rapid digital technology development, the lack health literacy (DHL) among older people cannot be ignored. Purpose: Telehealth is associated with a myriad of benefits; however, little known regarding substance use disorder (SUD) treatment outcomes when participants join group therapy sessions in combination in-person and virtual setting (hybrid model). We sought to determine if completion rates differed. Patients Methods: Policy changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic created naturalistic, observational cohort study at seven intensive outpatient (IOP) programs rural Minnesota. Virtual-only delivery occurred 6/1/2020-6/30/2021, while hybrid groups 7/1/2021-7/31/2022. Data was evaluated retrospectively for who initiated discharged during period. Participants were IOP members 18 years older had SUD diagnosis that both entered 26-month A consecutive sample 1502 (181– 255 per site) available, 644 removed: 576 after conclusion, 49 missing either enrollment or discharge data, 14 transferred sites treatment, 5 before initiation. AbstractObjective: Although teletherapy is increasingly common, very little known about its impact on therapeutic relationships. We aimed to examine differences between therapists' experiences of and in-person therapy post-pandemic with regard three variables pertinent the relationship: working alliance, real relationship, presence.Methods: In a sample 826 practicing therapists, we examined these relationship variables, as well potential moderators perceived including professional patient characteristics covid-related variables.Results: Therapists reported feeling significantly less present in their perceptions were somewhat impacted, but there no average effects quality alliance. Perceived did not persist clinical experience controlled. The relative reduction presence was driven by ratings process-oriented therapists conducting mostly individual therapy. ABSTRACT Aim Prompted by concerns about the quality of therapeutic relationship due to impact COVID‐19's protective measures on communication, we aimed understand how therapists and clients from different cultural backgrounds perceive videoconference (VT) in‐person psychotherapy with face masks (IPTFM) relational processes in psychotherapy. Methods A sample 139 71 participated an online survey. We conducted exploratory analysis using descriptive inferential statistics examine therapists' clients' ratings session quality, relationship, communication expression/perception emotions VT IPTFM. Results Therapists generally rated real working alliance IPTFM as good. However, when asked compare regular therapy, recognised some differences, especially regarding emotional expression or perception. There were also differences between terms post‐session mood VT. Acceptance and commitment therapy provides a psychobehavioral framework feasible for digital hybrid weight loss interventions. In face-to-face studies, group-based interventions yield more favorable outcomes than individual interventions, but the effect of intervention form has not been studied in combination with eHealth. This study investigated whether minimal, 3-session group or enhancement could provide additional benefits compared to an eHealth-only when assessing weight, body composition, laboratory metrics sample occupational health patients obesity. was randomized controlled trial 12-month intervention, followed by follow-up period without support (March 2021 March 2023). Recruited from care Finnish municipal employees, 111 working-age adults BMI 30-40 kg/m2 were 1 3 treatment arms: eHealth, eHealth+group, eHealth+individual. Introduction Online formats provide promising and low-threshold options for mental health coaching. However, research on online interventions compared to traditional face-to-face remains scarce. In the present study, established prevention tool “ Teacher Group-coaching Program ” (TGP) was applied in both original setting as well online. TGP focuses promoting teachers by strengthening relational skills using Balint group technique. The current study aimed at comparing satisfaction with effectiveness between settings. ABSTRACT Background Poor rates of retention associated with digital interventions necessitate understanding factors influencing engagement. This study presents a secondary analysis three‐arm, randomised controlled trial an online self‐help treatment for bulimia nervosa (clinician‐supported, and waitlist control). ABSTRACT Objective: To understand patients' perceptions of using teledentistry through virtual clinics versus telephone consultations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study with an analytical quantitative approach.
