Noninvasive telemonitoring aims to improve healthcare for patients with chronic heart failure (HF) by reducing hospitalizations and improving patient experiences. Yet, sustainable adoption seems be limited. Therefore, the goal of our study is gain insight in processes that support HF.We conducted semi-structured interviews 25 stakeholders were involved telemonitoring, such as professionals, policymakers insurers. The conduct of virtual physical examination has provided significant information for the diagnosis during a teleconsultation session, especially COVID-19 pandemic, where in-person examinations have been greatly compromised. aim this scoping review was to provide comprehensive overview available evidence concerning (VPE) in all healthcare settings pandemic. focuses on types VPE, technological and non-technological approaches, patient clinician experiences, as well barriers facilitators VPE. A literature search conducted across three databases, namely MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus.
