Guided by cybercoping model (Kim & Lee, 2014), examined associations between these patients' (information seeking forwarding) outcomes (health affective states). The further explored mediating roles processes (problem-and emotion-focused) in outcomes. Survey data from 687 participants were analyzed using structural equation modeling. results highlighted significance forwarding enhancing both outcomes, while enhanced problem-focused health-problem alone. These more pronounced among without chronic conditions than those illnesses. findings' implications, study's limitations, suggestions for future research also addressed.
