BACKGROUND During the height of COVID-19 pandemic, Korean government temporarily allowed full scale telehealth care for safety and usability. However, limited studies have evaluated impact by analyzing physical and/or mental health data patients with diagnosis collected through targeting population. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to identify subgroups depressive symptom trajectories in clinically mild using longitudinal from a telehealth-based contactless clinical trial. METHODS A total 199 participated study. The were March 23 July 20, 2022 trial telehealth. Depressive symptoms measured patient questionnaire-9 on start day quarantine, final one month after release quarantine. Additionally, acute assessed every quarantine day. used latent class mixed model differentiate logistic regression Firth’s correction associations between subgroups. RESULTS Two classes identified: 1 declining linearity at slow rate 2 increasing linearity. Among symptoms, fever, chest pain, brain fog showed strong (fever: OR, 19.43, 95% CI, 2.30–165.42; pain: 6.55, 1.15–34.61; fog: 7.03, CI 2.57–20.95). Sleeping difficulty gastrointestinal also associated (gastrointestinal symptoms: 4.76, 1.71–14.21; sleeping difficulty: 3.12, 1.71–14.21). CONCLUSIONS These findings emphasize need early detection phase telemedicine. Active intervention digital therapeutics may be required aggravated symptoms.
