Introduction: During Covid-19 pandemic, many hospitals closed their outpatient clinics because of the high number inpatients and individuals turned to family physicians for medical care. In this study, we aimed evaluate opinions regarding examination phobia telemedicine video examinations during pandemic. Methods: This was a single-centered, cross-sectional study. The participating completed questionnaire with 28 questions including sociodemographic data, whether they performed knowledge on telemedicine. Statistical analysis conducted using SPSS 20 software package statistical significance set at p<0.05. Results: 364 participated in our study 163 them (44.8%) reported hesitation while examining patients, majority (53.8%; n=196) expressing anxiety about oropharyngeal examinations. 211 (58%) having thought that follow-ups prescriptions chronic diseases, repeat prescriptions, post-treatment control could be online whereas pregnant, postpartum, infant, child not. While 40% (n=146) didn’t want provide services via video/telephone examination, 32.7% (n=119) wanted 27.2% (n=99) undecided. 86.8% (n=316) believed result legal problems. Participants estimated less than 25% daily patients were suitable telemedicine, had access necessary technology. However, 55.8% (n=203) would interested 59.6% (n=216) providing such increase workload. Being undecided through more common among women (p=0.029), unwillingness increased age years occupation (p=0.024, p=0.004, respectively). Objective: This study examined behavioral health clinician perceptions at the beginning stages of COVID-19 pandemic regarding their preparedness, training, and effectiveness in delivering telehealth to adults adolescents substance use mental settings. Background During the first lockdown of COVID-19 pandemic, an exponential increase in video consultations replacing in-person outpatient visits was observed hospitals. Insight into patients’ experiences with this type consultation is helpful for a broad, sustainable, and patient-centered implementation consultation. Background: The mental health service delivery gap remains high globally. Appropriate telehealth use may increase capacity through flexible remote care provision. Introduction:To examine the use of telehealth for delivery health care in persons with sickle cell disease a resource-constrained country during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods:This study was retrospective review patient encounters at Sickle Cell Unit (SCU), Jamaica 3-year period, March 10, 2019 to 9, 2022 and comparison endpoints between 1 year before 2 years Primary registration numbers, day-care admissions, visits were obtained from logbooks electronic medical records.
