Introduction:
During
Covid-19
pandemic,
many
hospitals
closed
their
outpatient
clinics
because
of
the
high
number
inpatients
and
individuals
turned
to
family
physicians
for
medical
care.
In
this
study,
we
aimed
evaluate
opinions
regarding
examination
phobia
telemedicine
video
examinations
during
pandemic.
Methods:
This
was
a
single-centered,
cross-sectional
study.
The
participating
completed
questionnaire
with
28
questions
including
sociodemographic
data,
whether
they
performed
knowledge
on
telemedicine.
Statistical
analysis
conducted
using
SPSS
20
software
package
statistical
significance
set
at
p<0.05.
Results:
364
participated
in
our
study
163
them
(44.8%)
reported
hesitation
while
examining
patients,
majority
(53.8%;
n=196)
expressing
anxiety
about
oropharyngeal
examinations.
211
(58%)
having
thought
that
follow-ups
prescriptions
chronic
diseases,
repeat
prescriptions,
post-treatment
control
could
be
online
whereas
pregnant,
postpartum,
infant,
child
not.
While
40%
(n=146)
didn’t
want
