Data collected Big4+ app, self-reports mood, sleep, appetite, well sensor (GPS location, acceleration, steps) were used evaluate overall health. Logistic regression analysis identify that significantly influenced overuse, providing insights into behavior Results In total, 23% (56/243) exhibited PSU. revealed significant positive several factors, depression (Patient Health Questionnaire-9; odds ratio [OR] 8.48, 95% CI 1.95-36.87; P=.004), social interaction anxiety (Social Interaction Anxiety Scale; OR 4.40, 1.59-12.15; disturbances (General Sleep Disturbance 3.44, 1.15-10.30; P=.03), longer duration (OR 3.11, 1.14-8.48; P=.03). Conversely, a found time spent at home 0.35, 0.13-0.94; P=.04). Conclusions suggests self-perceptions mood along patterns increased mobility identified increase risk periods stress. Combining assessments valuable for managing high-stress periods, examinations, provides new directions future research.
