The study assessed the Global Quality Score (GQS) and informational engagement of users with YouTube videos on Brazilian public health system (SUS). video search tool was used Portuguese keywords 'unified system' 'SUS'. first 100 returned in were studied, using GQS to measure their educational value, usefulness, information quality. Bu makalelerin yarısından fazlası (%55,10) Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI)’te yer alan makalelere aittir. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, 180 ile en fazla yayını yapan ülkedir. Background Social media has become a central tool in health communication, offering both opportunities and challenges. In Saudi Arabia, where platforms like WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram are widely used, the quality credibility of oral information shared digitally remain critical issues. Abstract Background Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor and fifth leading cause of death worldwide, imposing a significant disease burden in China.
