COVID-19 has lasting impacts on pharmaceutical companies, and it is crucial for managers to fully understand monitor the impact areas prepare future organizational resilience building transformation. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 prevention and control policies on frequency emergency department (ED) visits in a large tertiary hospital central China, from January 2018 September 2023. Methods: We conducted multi-stage interrupted time series analysis investigate various epidemic weekly ED at Hunan Province, China. The period ranged 1, 2018, 30, 2023, was divided into four distinct periods: pre-epidemic, pandemic, normalized control, end control. Using quasi-Poisson regression model, we examined specific effects these visits, with particular focus stratifying patients based respiratory versus non-respiratory diseases.
