OBJECTIVES This study investigated how postgraduate residents see ChatGPT's function in clinical and research settings. METHODOLOGY May 1, 2024, to September 30, was the time frame for this research. Twelve from three tertiary care institutions Peshawar participated a qualitative exploratory study. Semi-structured interviews were used gather data, thematic analysis performed determine main topics.RESULTSWhile ChatGPT saved time, participants reported that it also generated issues with data privacy information accuracy. Power users felt instrument easier use, although there range of comfort levels. While its capabilities promising, most worried using AI make judgments risky.CONCLUSIONChatGPT can be helpful addition research-based tasks, but like any other technology, may misused calls better training optimization standards, which must addressed our medical practice.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbots (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Bing, and Google Bard) can emulate human interaction may support physiotherapy education. Despite growing interest, students' perspectives remain unexplored. This study investigated Italian knowledge, use, perception of the benefits limitations AI Chatbots. A cross-sectional was conducted through Survey Monkey from February to June 2024. One thousand five hundred thirty-one students 10 universities were involved. The survey consisted 23 questions investigating: (a) respondent characteristics, (b) Chatbot knowledge (c) perceived benefits, (d) limitations. Multiple-choice Likert-scale-based adopted. Factors associated with perceptions explored using logistic regression models. Of 589 (38%) that completed survey, most male (n = 317; 53.8%) a mean age 22 years (SD 3.88). In hospital settings, effective risk management is critical to ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Conventional approaches assessment mitigation frequently rely on manual procedures retroactive analysis, which might not be sufficient recognize respond new risks as they arise. This study examines how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies can improve in healthcare facilities, fortifying safety precautions guidelines while improving the standard of care overall. Hospitals proactively identify mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, clinical outcomes by utilizing AI-driven predictive analytics, natural language processing, machine learning algorithms. The different applications AI are discussed this paper, along with opportunities, problems, suggestions for their use settings.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming health profession education (HPE) through personalized learning technologies. HPE students must also learn about AI to understand its impact on healthcare delivery. We examined students' AI-related knowledge and attitudes, perceived challenges in integrating HPE. This cross-sectional included medical, nursing, physiotherapy, clinical nutrition from four public universities Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt. Data were collected between February October 2023 via an online survey that covered five main domains: benefits healthcare, negative patient trust, future professionals, inclusion curricula, hindering integration Of 642 participants, 66.4% reported low levels. The UAE had largest proportion with (72.7%). majority (54.4%) participants learned outside their curriculum, mainly social media (66%). Overall, 51.2% expressed positive attitudes toward AI, Egypt showing (59.1%). Although most viewed positively (91%), significant variations observed other domains. (77.6%) supported HPE, especially (82.3%). A trust was by 43.5% particularly (54.7%). Only 18.1% concerned (33.0%). Some (34.4%) as challenging, notably (47.6%). Common barriers lack expert training (53%), awareness (50%), interest (41%). study clarified key considerations when Enhancing fostering innovation AI-driven medical landscape are crucial for effectively incorporating curricula.
