ABSTRACT
Pulmonary
hypertension
(PH)
is
a
rare,
complex
disease
affecting
both
children
and
adults.
Efforts
to
provide
health
education
are
imperative
as
literacy
impacts
patient
caregiver
capacity
acquire,
process,
understand
information
make
informed
decisions.
The
current
study
sought
family
perception
of
“Hank
the
Heart”,
an
animation
used
for
enhancing
literacy,
preferred
learning
methods
future
educational
preferences.

qualitative

During
the
COVID-19
pandemic,
many
qualitative
researchers
were
forced
to
alter
their
data
collection
methods
as
traditional
face-to-face
interviews
and
focus
groups
prohibited
by
social
distancing
requirements.
While
shift
remote
digital
platforms

undoubtedly
provided
numerous
benefits,
such
more
flexibility

it
also
introduced
new
challenges,

of
imposter
participants,

experiences

Despite

surveys,

cost-effectiveness

reach,
infiltration
bots
can
result
in
data
distortion,
eroding
trust

effective
decision-making.
Identifying
bot
responses
within
survey

paramount,
epidemiologic

health
researchers
utilise
tactics

detect
fraudulent
responses.

our
