Background: Older patients form the largest group of cancer yet remain underrepresented in clinical research. This scoping review aims to synthesize findings on quality life (QoL) older adults with cancer, comparing them younger counterparts and individuals without identifying associated factors. Methods: PubMed PsychINFO databases were searched for articles published until January 2024. Studies included exclusively (≥ 65 years), age-mixed samples (mean/median ≥ 70 or that report results separately cancer. Out 6, 397 identified studies, 87 met inclusion criteria. Digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen (DiGA) können seit 2020 verordnet werden. Wie ist die Nutzung von DiGA für Psychoonkologie einzuschätzen? Die im DiGA-Verzeichnis gelisteten Anwendungen wurden gesichtet sowie deren und Wirksamkeit Perspektiven verschiedener Akteur*innen (Firmen, Krankenversicherung, Solidargemeinschaft, Patient*innen, Leistungserbringende) in einem Literaturreview (einschließlich grauer Literatur) eruiert. Zusätzlich qualitative Interviews mit Ärzt*innen, medizinischen Fachangestellten Psychotherapeut*innen zu ihren Erfahrungen geführt. Der DiGA-Markt dynamisch.
