Digital was quantified composite index, derived participants’ usage devices, electronic communication, internet access, engagement in online activities. Participants were stratified into low moderate high groups. incidence assessed tests proxy reports. Cox proportional hazards models used estimate risk, adjusting for potential confounders including sociodemographic factors, baseline conditions, lifestyle variables. Results The group demonstrated elevated compared with group. In discovery cohort, adjusted hazard ratio (HR) 1.22 (95% CI 1.01-1.47, P=.04), while validation showed HR 1.62 1.27-2.08, P<.001). pooled analysis across both cohorts revealed 1.36 1.16-1.59, Kaplan-Meier curves corroborated Conclusions Our findings indicate factor adults. underscores importance mitigating suggests promoting literacy access resources should be integral components public strategies at prevention.

A multivariate logistic regression model demonstrated that lack education (odds ratio [OR] = 2.40, 95% 1.23–4.69; p .011) widowhood (OR 2.51, 1.54–4.10; < .001) significantly associated with Identifying characteristics who most likely feel lonely can inform designing targeted interventions policies address group.

Although digital platforms have gained popularity in the delivery of diabetes interventions, few models focused on type 1 (T1D), offer different support mechanisms, and involve peer health professional-led support. TRIFECTA is a six-month multi-modal intervention that includes 24/7 texting group, an “ask-the-expert” web-based portal, virtual group-based interactive sessions. This study examined diabetes-specific quality life (DSQoL) changes following TRIFECTA. DSQoL was measured using Type Diabetes Life, self-report survey allows for subscale analysis age groups. Among 60 adults with diabetes, improvements were observed overall life, primarily driven by 26–45 years cohort. Subscale found improved emotional experiences daily activities old, social isolation 46–60 old.
