BACKGROUND Guided mobile-based interventions may mitigate symptoms of anxiety disorders such as panic disorder (PD), agoraphobia (AG), or social (SAD). With exposure therapy being efficacious in traditional treatments for these disorders, recent advancements have introduced 360° videos to deliver virtual reality (VRET) within interventions. OBJECTIVE Despite ongoing trials evaluating the treatment’s efficacy, research examining patient perceptions this innovative approach is still scarce. Therefore, study aimed explore opinions on specific treatment aspects with mobile VRET and psychotherapeutic guidance disorders. METHODS Eleven patients diagnosed PD, AG, SAD who had previously taken part experimental condition two randomized controlled a intervention including participated cross-sectional, retrospective interviews. Employing semi-structured interview format, were asked reflect their experiences, personal changes, helpful hindering aspects, motivation levels, encounters intervention, manualized sessions, VRET.
